Jersey Taters

The Jersey Taters were very finely sliced potatoes (like potato chips). They were sliced in a spiral manner, so when you tried to grab just one chip, you got a whole string of chips. That made is both fun and a challenge to eat. The chips were topped with sour cream, cheese, green onions, and "bacon bits". I felt that the toppings were cheap, and the chips would have been better without them. The Jersey Taters were quite tasty, and probably contained enough calories to feed a family for a week.
