The Queen's House (the center white building in the picture) is an old royal residence in Greenwich, just outside of London. It currently houses an art gallery that houses a large collection of marine paintings and 17th and 18th century portraits.

Photography is not permitted anywhere inside the Queen's House.

The Queen's House, along with The Royal Observatory, Greenwich, are part of The National Maritime Museum. They're all located very close by - just a short walk from each other.

Estimated Visiting Time

I spent about 15 minutes walking through the house, but if you're really into art, you could probably spend an hour here.

Cost

The Queen's House is a free attraction.

Getting There

To get to the Queen's House, take the DLR to Cutty Sark and follow the signs after exiting the station. For more detailed directions, see the review of The Royal Observatory, Greenwich.
