Quark's Bar and Restaurant is located just outside Star Trek: The Experience, in the Las Vegas Hilton. It features both a bar and restaurant. Occasionally, there are actors dressed up as Star Trek characters circulating through the restaurant area - you can chat with them (or have your picture taken) while enjoying your lunch. The area is situated at the bottom of the Star Trek area - you will be eating underneath Star Trek spaceships. The restaurant is nicely decorated with Star Trek decorations. The menu is filled with Star Trek themed menu items.

This restaurant was given an 8/10, although the food quality was probably a 7/10. The characters that you can see in the area and the "star trek themed environment" bumped it up to an 8.

One of the fun attractions is a beverage that contains 10 oz. of alcohol - as they advertise, "Get Warped". (There is also a smaller version with 4 oz. of alcohol) When the drink is served, smoke is coming out of the glass.

Dress

Casual - shorts and a t-shirt are fine.

Reservations

Probably unnecessary; I don't know if they take them.

Cost

Not bad - appetizers and sandwiches are in the $10-$15 range.

Items Ordered

Holy Rings of Betazed

A tower of large breaded onion rings served with spicy remoulade, ketchup, and cool ranch dressing
Cost:$7.85

Betazed is pronounced "Beta-zed", not "Be-tazed". Oops :) They're delicious, and fun to eat. (Not too healthy, unfortunately). There are about 15 large onion rings here, stacked in a tower, served with three sauces. This appetizer is easily large enough for two people to share - we had no difficulty sharing it amongst four.

Grilled Chicken Khan

Grilled chicken breast and Ciabatta bread, roasted garlic aioli with baby spinach and roma tomatoes
Cost:$10.85

The sandwich was pretty good - nothing outstanding. The real star here were the fries - they were cut very thinly, and were crispy delicious!
