Pomegranate Bistro is an American restaurant located in Redmond, WA. They are known for their fire breads, which we did not try on this visit. We were there for their weekend brunch. It wasn't quite as good as my favorite seattle-area brunch spot (Portage Bay Cafe) but it was still a pretty decent brunch.

Dress

Casual

Cost

Most brunch items were $10-$15.

Reservations

Although they don't take reservations except for groups of 6 or more, we were able to call 30 mins before we arrived and they added our name to the list (we were a group of 5). It wasn't necessary - there was plenty of room when we arrived at 11:30am.

Items Ordered

Spring Onion & Asparagus Tart

In a white cheddar thyme crust
Cost:$9

The tart was pretty small, which was appropriate since it was listed under "small plates" on the menu. It had a pretty thick buttery crust and a creamy yet flavorful interior. It was a decent quiche.

Your Breakfast Plate

2 eggs any style, bacon or sausage, toast & rosemary potatoes or grits
Cost:$12

The breakfast plate was a pretty typical breakfast - eggs (ordered over easy), bacon, toast, and hash browns. The hash browns were lightly seasoned and were quite nice. The dish also came with a sweet jam that was pretty good.
