Pax is a great example of a New York cafe. They are a nice and clean restaurant with different stations where you can order your food. There is soup, build-your-own salads, sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, and desserts. This store is located in Times Square.

Items Ordered
Chicken & Broccoli Stuffed Pizza
There were a few choices of stuffed pizza. It looked quite neat, and was fairly tasty, but there was quite a lot of dough in it. The dough is a little different from a typical pizza. The broccoli and chicken in this stuffed pizza was a great combination with the cheese. I definitely enjoyed this pizza.
Build-your-own salad
The build-your-own salad bar had a huge selection of toppings for your salad. They also had a large selection of dressings and lettuce. After telling the server what size you want (and what lettuce you want), they mix in vegetables that you choose. Most selections are 50 cents, but some are more expensive. We chose cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers. Feta cheese was 75 cents. The fat-free lemon herb dressing was delicious.
Marble cheesecake bar and snickers bar
We ordered two dessert bars for dessert. They were both quite good. The marble cheesecake was sweet and delicious. It had a very moist chocolate base. I didn't think the snickers bar was quite as good. It was like a brownie bar with caramel and chocolate chips on top. It was still delicious, but I thought the marble cheesecake bar was better.
