Cost

A picture of the full menu is shown to the right. A full rack of ribs was $20, a half rack was $13, and the best deal (in my opinion) was a pulled pork sandwich for $6.

Pulled Pork Sandwich

The pulled pork sandwich consists of approximately half a pound of meat and barbecue sauce. It's much easier to eat than a full rack of ribs (there's less mess involved), and the meat is already taken off the bone.
