Twelve Chairs is a Middle Eastern restaurant in SoHo offering a variety of salads, sandwiches and a few entrees for lunch. The decor is rustic yet trendy. The food was good and reasonably priced at lunch. My only complaint is that the service was very slow.

Cost

Sandwiches are around $10.

Service

After placing our order, we waited for more than half an hour before our food arrived. We weren't even brought any bread until the rest of the food came, so we were quite hungry. The restaurant wasn't even very busy.

Items Ordered

Sabich Sandwich

eggplant, boiled egg, home fries, pickles, parsley on stirato with tahini
Cost:$10.95

I've never had a Sabich sandwich before, but this sandwich was my kind of sandwich. They took all the things that I love and put them into a sandwich. It also came with extra tahini and a small salad of mostly greens and a slice of tomato and cucumber.
