Turtle Jack's is a chain restaurant that serves "typical American" food. They have ribs, sandwiches, pasta, etc. I've visited Turtle Jack's a number of times over the past five years, and I felt that the quality has slightly deteriorated. They're still quite an enjoyable place to visit, but they no longer have the same "upscale" feeling that they once did. (At one time, they had a magician that walked around to all the tables to entertain people while waiting for their food to be served. The magician was no longer there).

Bruschetta
Oven toasted crusty Italian bread spread with a pesto garlic butter, then smothered with fresh house-made bruschetta, cucumber, basil, feta and asiago cheese.
With this order, you receive four pieces of bruschetta (one of which is pictured here). It was quite good.
Roasted Garlic Caesar Salad
A classic! Crispy romaine lettuce tossed with croutons, real bacon bits, roasted garlic buds, red onion rings, and Renee's Creamy Caesar dressing.
This is a fairly typical caesar salad. It was served with too much dressing, but was otherwise quite tasty.
World Famous BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Our award winning baby back ribs are hand seasoned and slow roasted in our secret recipe made with Bull's Eye Barbecue Sauce until fork tender. Each rack is grilled to perfection and basted with one of our signature sauces.
The ribs were quite good. The meat was tender and came right off the bone. The sauce on the ribs was quite good, but not the best I've ever had. The mashed potatoes were an excellent side for the ribs. The broccoli and cauliflower were quite plain.
Teriyaki and Mango Chicken
Grilled chicken breasts brushed in our signature sauce with a mixture of pineapple mango salsa and cilantro
This was quite a nice change from other menu items. It was a very fruity and "summer-flavored" chicken. It would have been better if the chicken itself had mango flavor, rather than just having the mango and pineapple sauce put on top. Nevertheless, the chicken/mango flavor was quite tasty. The garlic mashed potatoes were also very good, and the vegetables (the few of them that there were) were nice and buttery.
