Providence Trolley Tour

We went on a walking tour of providence earlier in the day, but didn't feel like it gave us a good overview of the city, so we decided to take the trolley tour. It was a bit more expensive, but showed us a lot more than the walking tour.

The script our guide memorized (and yes, it sounded like he was just reciting the script) was full of puns and was enjoyable to listen to. Since you're driving on a vehicle, you go by sites very quickly and you don't get much time to appreciate them. The guide also just points them out, rather than giving you much back story. Still, I thought this tour was more informative and better value than the walking tour.
