Ca Va is a slightly upscale Todd English restaurant located just off the lobby of the Intercontinental Hotel. They offer slightly upscale food at expected prices. The decor is slightly upscale, and although everything was quite good, nothing was amazing.

Reservations
Reservations are probably a good idea, it filled up when we visited on a Saturday evening at 8pm.
Items Ordered
Roasted Pumpkin and Ricotta Crepe
whipped ricotta, toasted pumpkin seeds, crispy sageThis appetizer was being shared between two people. They brought it out pre-cut and served on two plates for us. It was a nice autumn themed dish. The filling was a bit sweet and it was soft, while the pumpkin seeds were just a bit crunchy.
Poulet Roti Naturelle
roasted natural chicken, grilled asparagus, tomato marmalade, pickled ramp vinaigretteThe chicken was half a chicken breast, and one thigh. The skin was a little bit crispy. It had a really nice light sauce on it and went really well with the tomato marmalade. The grilled asparagus also had a really nice creamy sauce on it.
Doubles Cotelette De Porc Coupe
double cut pork chop, bacon crumble, sweet potato, bourbon maple drizzleThis pork chop sounded like the perfect combination of a sweet and savory dish. Unfortunately, it was a little bit bland, and the pork chop was a little bit dry. It was still pretty good, but there was a lot of room for improvement. It was a large piece of pork chop. There were a few pieces of green beans that were mixed in with the sweet potato mash.
