Bread

Cost:Free

In my opinion, this bread was the best part about this restaurant. It was fantastic! It was just a plain white bread with a crispy crust, but it was served warm, and was soft and light. Delicious!

Salad

Organic wild greens with goat cheese, toasted pistachios, orange champagne vinaigrette
Cost:$8

The salad was quite good. It had a fruity, summer feeling, which didn't quite fit with the colder weather in December. The salad was served with a good amount of cheese, although it could have used a couple more tangerine pieces. The greens still had their stem on them, which made some pieces difficult to fork. The dressing was quite good, and there was an appropriate amount of it.

Seasonal Soup (Squash)

Cost:$9

This soup was very good. It wasn't as salty as some other squash soups I've had, which was nice. It had a nice squash flavor. If I had one complaint, I felt the soup was a little too liquidy - it could have benefited from more squash pulp.

King Salmon

Cost:$29
Roasted king salmon with red wine quinoa, and thyme brown butter

I was very pleased with this salmon. The fish itself was cooked as ordered, and very tasty. It had a light glaze on it that complemented the fish nicely. There were purple things on the plate which I assumed were beets, although they tasted almost candy-like. The quinoa was flavored with a similar taste, and was also very enjoyable.
