The Roman Theatre is an old theatre in Alexandria, Egypt. Besides the theatre, there are a few marble stairs and pillars to look at, but otherwise there's not too much to see.

The neatest thing about this visit was standing at the bottom of the theatre, and talking. There's one particular spot (marked with a stone) that is very neat to stand on. When you're standing there, if you talk loudly, you can hear your voice echo back to you from all sides of the theatre. It's really quite neat! I was completely surprised when I heard my voice coming back at me from all sides. Lots of people try it, so it's always a neat show to watch.

Cost

Foreign tourists pay 15 LE to visit the Roman Theatre. Using cameras and video cameras is permitted.
