Tameike Grill is a restaurant in Tokyo that serves mainly beef. I went with a colleague who spoke Japanese, which was helpful because nobody at the restaurant did (and the menu was not available in English). He said it was one of his favorite restaurants in the area, and I was fairly pleased with the quality of my lunch.

Large beef meatball

The colleague who was with me told me this was the best item to order. It was listed first on their menu. It consisted of a small bowl of soup (salty broth with a light spice), a large plate of white rice, and a large beef meatball served with a beef sauce and a couple of steamed vegetables on the side. The beef meatball was very tasty, although the meat it was made from was quite fatty. The sauce was also quite good and went well with the rice.
