Sugar & Ice is a cafe located inside the Wynn Hotel, on the Las Vegas Strip. It's right by the entrance across from the south end of the Fashion Show Mall. Sugar & Ice offers free WiFi internet, so bring your laptop!
They had some sandwiches and other food, but we were just there for dessert and didn't really take notice at what else was available.
They have some excellent patio seating right next to the big waterfalls outside the Wynn, but when were there in the evening it was too cool to be sitting by the spray coming off the water.
Reservations
Reservations aren't necessary.
Cost
The ice cream was $4.50, and the latte was $5.75.
Dress
Casual - shorts and a t-shirt is fine.

Peanut Butter Ice Cream
The peanut butter ice cream was advertised as "home made". It was quite good, and had a strong peanut butter flavor.
Latte
The latte was served with some rock candy on a stick - I suppose rather than putting sugar in your beverage, you could use the candy on the stick. That's a nice touch. The latte itself was pretty good; nothing special.
Architecture
The Wynn is quite a nice hotel, and this restaurant is no exception. It has a nice arched ceiling, and red pillars.
