This restaurant is located inside The Bourse at Independence Mall food court. They offer steak sandwiches and cheesesteak sandwiches - a Philadelphia tradition.

We went to this mall shortly after arriving in Philadelphia. We tried the sandwich here because we wanted to try a famous Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. While the mall is quite nice, this was not a great place to try a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich.

The sandwich came with strips of beef on a bun with Cheese Whiz. It was actually pretty gross. I've never tried Cheese Whiz before and it tasted like salt with a weird texture. The beef was tough and only slightly warm.
