The Skywalk Observatory is located in the Prudential Center in Boston. There were a few displays about Boston's history, buildings, and people. The main attraction is the view. The view is mostly unobstructed, and gives a nice overhead look of most of Boston. There isn't too much to do here, so 30 minutes is really enough to have a good look around and take some pictures.

Cost

It is free to take the elevator to the observation area, but to enter and walk around it costs $12 for adults and $10 for students and seniors.

Getting There

To get to the observation deck, you need to go through the building security in the middle of the mall, and take an elevator to the 50th floor. A security guard checks photo id before you can get on the elevator.
