Quik is a chain of fast food restaurants in Belgium, France, and other nearby countries. They are similar to a typical American-style burger fast food restaurant. This location is in a very touristy area in Brussels. They had both indoor and outdoor seating, and their staff spoke English reasonably well.

The Beef Tomato burger was a pretty typical hamburger from one of these restaurants. The burger itself was very thin, and it came with some other toppings (cheese, mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato). We also ordered fries (€1.80), and later discovered that ketchup cost an extra €0.45.
