Pizza Express is a chain of pizza restaurants. This location was at the north end of Regeant St. in London, just north of the Oxford Circus stop. They had pretty average pizza with a thin and dry crust. The restaurant was also quite affordable.

Items Ordered

Mixed Salad

Mixed leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, house dressing
Cost:£3.30

The salad was mostly lettuce with a couple of cucumber and tomato slices. There really wasn't anything interesting about it.

Da Morire Romana

The winner of our competition. Simon Pritchard beat over 60,000 entries with his Da Morire Pizza meaning literally 'pizza to die for'. Gorgonzola DOP, mozzarella, caramelised leeks, artichoke, crispy pancetta, rosemary, chilli oil
Cost:£11.10

This specialty pizza was interesting, but I probably wouldn't order it again. It had some blue cheese on it, and the other topics that were mentioned. Having a furry blue cheese on a pizza is weird, although it did melt down. The crust was dry, but the toppings were quite oily.
