Like most Las Vegas casinos, the Paris hotel has a buffet. The Paris buffet is the best buffet on the strip. There is a large selection (like most buffets, it's too big to try everything), and every single dish is excellent. The quality of the food is what separates the Paris buffet from all the rest. Every single item that I tried was outstanding.

Besides the excellent food, the atmosphere is also amazing. The buffet has a main "courtyard" area with a cloud painted ceiling surrounded by the different "province food stations" made to look like village homes. (Each food station is supposed to represent food from a difference province, although I doubt that's actually the case. Nevertheless, it's a cute idea).

There are also a number of rooms that border the courtyard area where seating is also available.

Dress

Shorts and a t-shirt are fine.

Reservations

Probably not accepted - like most casinos, if you arrive early (5pm), there won't be too much of a line. Depending on the time of year, expect to wait if you go later.

Cost

The weekday dinner cost $24.99 per person.

Salads and Pastas

There is an excellent selection of salads, breads, cheeses, and pastas. Some of them are pictured here.

Main Courses

There are too many things to try - some of the items available are shown here.

Dessert

Here's another area where Paris really shines. Not only is the quality of the dinner food spectacular, but their desserts are also quite good. The hazelnut mousse cake is one of the better desserts, as is the Tiramisu and raspberry cookies.

In addition to all the cakes and cookies, they also had a crepe bar. You could have a custom crepe created with your choice of filling and toppings. The crepe shown here was a raspberry crepe with whipped cream on top.
