I have eaten at this panera location many times. I usually eat during lunch time anywhere between Monday and Friday. However, I came to dine on a Saturday evening and was dismayed at the difference in service. I was greeted with what I felt was an attitude of disdain that I was even there. The cashier was not courteous and appeared hassled that I asked a couple of questions about a sandwich. It took much longer than usual for my meal to be prepared and after I picked it up I was disappointed in the sloppiness in which it was prepared. As I said, my experience at this Panera's is usually wonderful. It was amazing and disappointing to see such a contrast between the folks I encounter there during the weekday and the folks I encountered that night. The difficulty this day and age in finding good help within the teenage crowd does not excuse the horrible experience I had. Proper management during evening hours should be reflective of the management during the day. I would respectively suggest that the discrepency between day and night be fully addressed to ensure what is normally exemplary service be extended to ALL hours of operation.
