Palio Pronto is a "snack fast food" restaurant in the Bellagio, just near the entrance off Las Vegas Boulevard (across from the Flamingo). They offer pastries and gelato.

A small gelato was $4.75; it's not the cheapest place, but not terrible, either.

The Tiramisu Gelato was quite good. It tasted like more of a coffee gelato than tiramisu, although there were little bits of "cake" in it.
