Noodles 28 is a pretty good Chinese restaurant in Murray Hill. It is a decently nice restaurant inside. The food was pretty typical Chinese food at reasonable prices. I found the portions to be fairly large.

Reservations
Reservations were not necessary. The place was busy, but there were several tables open.
Items Ordered
Crispy Fried Appetizer
These crispy dough things and a sweet sauce that tasted like plum sauce were brought to our table while we waited for our food. They were delicious!
Steamed Assorted Dumplings
8 Chicken, vegetables, pork & chives dumplingsThe dumplings were pretty good, although I thought they all tasted fairly similar. They were very tricky to eat with chop sticks, eventually we gave up and used the forks.
Roast Pork with Broccoli
The pork and broccoli had a nice brown sauce on it. The dish also came with a bowl of white or brown rice. There wasn't much variety to this dish, every bite tasted the same.
Sesame Chicken
The sesame chicken was crispy bite-sized chicken chunks covered in a sweet sauce and lots of sesame seeds. The sauce was very good. Most of the chicken pieces were somewhat fatty. The broccoli was very plain. This dish also came with a bowl of white or brown rice.
Leftovers do not keep. After one day in the fridge, the chicken pieces were all soggy and gross. Enjoy them when you first get them, and don't take any extras home.
