New City Kitchen Express is a pretty cheap American Chinese-style restaurant in Long Island City. They have pretty cheap quality food at pretty cheap prices. It's a really typical chinese take out spot with all the usual take out options.

Large Chicken Fried Rice, Small Peppered Steak & Onions, Small Chicken Broccoli

All of the items were pretty typical. The chicken in the rice was of the expected poor quality. The broccoli dish had the same cheap chicken, but the broccoli was pretty good. The sauce on the pepper steak & onions was pretty good.

These two items and the large rice was too much for two people, and probably would have been the right portion to share between three people.
