Perhaps the most well known item is the Hope Diamond. The museum has quite a large collection of gems. There is also a large hall of dinosaurs, and another large hall dedicated to mammals. The museum is great for families. There are interactive exhibits for children, and interesting things to see for adults.

Estimated Visiting Time

We were pressed for time, and only spent an hour or two here. You could probably spend a whole day here, although if you go quickly, you could probably see everything in half a day.
