The Mill of the Falcon Museum in Leiden, Netherlands is a museum located inside a working windmill. The museum is fairly small, but it is quite neat to go inside an actual windmill. There are several displays inside, and information about windmills and their history. The displays are written in English, Dutch, French and German. There is also a short 5 minute video that talks about windmills in the Netherlands.

The museum is located on 6 floors of the wind mill. The outdoor terrace around the windmill offers some nice views of the city. The upper levels have some very steep and tall ladders to climb. The windmill is actually in use, and runs at certain times.

Cost

The entrance fee is €3 for adults, €1.70 for children.

Estimated Visiting Time

Expect to spend 30 minutes to an hour at the museum.
