The Little Pie Company is a bakery in New York City. They have a location inside Grand Central Station, and then this location on 43rd street (between 9th and 10th avenues).

They offer a selection of desserts, including an excellent New York Cheesecake. Most of their desserts are quite good, but also expensive.

The desserts at the Little Pie Company are definitely on the expensive side. Single dessert items range from $1.50 (cookie) to $7.50 (for a 5-inch pie).

The bakery bakes a lot of larger cakes for purchase, but they also have a number of smaller selections. Just walk in, walk up to the counter, and tell the person there what you would like to order.

Mississippi Mud Pie and Cheesecake

Mississippi Mud Pie: Our triple chocolate treat featured on the Food Network! Creamy New York Cheese Cake: Creamy, yet slightly dense
Cost:$7.50 for the Mississippi Mud Pie and $5 for the cheesecake

The Mississippi Mud Pie was a very chocolaty dessert. It was a mix of chocolate cake and brownie with a thick layer of icing. It was very dense and sweet, and I thought there was too much icing. The icing was like a thick fudge, and made up about half the height of the pie.

The creamy New York Cheese Cake was delicious. As the description said, it was both dense and creamy. It had a sweet flavor, without tasting too much like cheese. The texture was slightly strange - it was a little bit gummy. Still, it was quite good, and we definitely enjoyed it.
