Kneads and Harvest is a cafe "fast food" restaurant located in Burlington, Ontario at the 'power center' just west of Brant Street. They offer a selection of soups, sandwiches, and pizzas. The food was surprisingly decent quality, and the restaurant was respectably decorated, but it was completely empty inside when we visited for lunch.

The garden salad was gigantic! We ordered the large size, and it sure was large. It was mostly just a huge plate of lettuce, but there were also some cucumber pieces, tomato slices, and shredded carrot. We ordered it with a vinaigrette dressing that was average. The salad came with a freshly toasted bun.

Mediterranean Goat Cheese & Vegetables

Mediterranean Sandwich

The Mediterranean Goat Cheese & Vegetable sandwich was surprisingly good. The veggies were nice and soft, and the sandwich was grilled and served hot. The bread tasted like a good quality wheat bread.
