The Intel Museum is located in the Robert Noyce Building. The museum entrance is well labelled, and is located just to the left of the intel logo sign pictured here.

Upon entering, you will be given a handheld device with a set of headphones that contains snippets of audio clips that talk about some of the different exhibits. Although the audio portion isn't necessary, it's occasionally a nice add-on that provides additional information about each of the exhibits.

The Intel Museum contains information about the history of Intel, the history of the microprocessor, processor manufacturing, and a very basic introduction to digital logic and how processors work. If you're at all interested in computers, it's a neat place to visit.

The museum is clean, modern, and fun to look around. There are some exhibits aimed at children, and there are also a couple kid shows that are put on during the day. There are also lots of exhibits that only adults would find interesting, so really there's something for all age groups.

Cost

At the time of visiting, the museum was free.
