IHOP is a chain of "greasy spoon" type breakfast restaurants. They seem to have branched out from just pancakes to all sorts of breakfast foods, such as steak and eggs. This location is located across the street from the Stratosphere and Sahara Hotels on the Las Vegas Strip.

The menu advertises there is a minimum charge per person of $3.99.

Cost

Pancakes are between $6-10. Watch out for drink prices, a large juice was $3.99!

Dress

Shorts and a t-shirt are fine.

Reservations

I don't know if reservations are accepted or not. I'm guessing that most of the time you can just walk in and be seated without waiting. When we arrived (around 9:00am) it looked very busy, and there was a 15 minute wait.

Items Ordered

Harvest Grain 'N Nut Pancakes

Made with hearty grains, wholesome oats, almonds and English walnuts
Cost:$7.29 - Also available with fruit compote and whipped topping for $7.99

These were pretty average grain pancakes. They were served with a lot of butter. They were a little bit dry.

Fresh Fruit Bowl

A light and refreshing bowl of seasonal fruit
Cost:$4.99

Apparently honeydew melon was the only available seasonal fruit. The melon was very cold, as if it had just come from the refrigerator. It was an average/good honeydew melon. I've had better. For $4.99, it seemed overpriced.
