Items Ordered

Ga curry sate

Spicy Coconut Curry Chicken Satay
Cost:$10.50

The chicken satay had a nice sauce on it. It was listed on the menu with a red pepper next to it but it was hardly spicy. The chicken came with plain rice noodles and a small salad with dressing on the side. There wasn't nearly enough sauce on the chicken to really mix in with the noodles, so the noodles just ended up being bland. That's too bad - the sauce on its own was pretty tasty. The chicken was also very poor quality meat.

Pho dac biet sot vang

Hanoi Bistro special rice noodle or egg noodle, beef cooked in red wine.
Cost:$9

The pho came in a fairly large bowl with way more broth than I could finish. The broth had a nice flavor from the beef. The beef wasn't the best quality, and was chewy. The pieces were cut too large with lots of fat, so it was difficult to eat them.
