There are a couple of Häagen-Dazs restaurants in Brussels. This is one located in a large tourist area. When we visited, there were street performers nearby playing music.
There are many places in Brussels you can order waffles with chocolate, but the Häagen-Dazs offered both seating and ice cream and it wasn't really that much more expensive, either.
Like most restaurants in the area, this was a "seat yourself" location. Shortly after sitting, a waiter came to our table. We were a bit confused with the menu, but we knew what we wanted, so we just told her in English, and she figured it out. We ended up getting banana ice cream (when we ordered a waffle with chocolate sauce, banana, and ice cream), but it was good.
In addition to waffles, the menu also had some food choices, but we were just here for dessert.

Cost
Since Häagen-Dazs is a large brand-name, expect to pay a bit more here than you would from a waffle street vendor. The quality of the waffle is the same, but you get to sit down while eating the waffle, and you can choose to get ice cream, too.
Items Ordered
Waffle with chocolate sauce, ice cream, and bananas
The provided menu was only in French, so we couldn't figure out how to order what we wanted. We told our waitress in English, and she figured it out. We got banana ice cream (when we were just expecting vanilla), but it was good, so we didn't mind.
The waffle was the same quality that you would find at any street vendor, but it went quite well with the ice cream, chocolate sauce, and banana. I definitely enjoyed this dessert. If you're not too hungry, the waffle was large enough that it could probably be shared between two people.
