Items Ordered
Oreo Milkshake
Gryph's is known for their milkshakes. They offer a number of flavors, including vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. The oreo milkshake is pictured here. It was quite large - easily large enough for sharing between two. Unfortunately, it consisted of a lot of ice, which often clogged up the straw, making it somewhat difficult to drink. After letting it thaw for thirty minutes, most of the ice chunks melted.
Buffalo Fingers
Tender chicken strips with your choice of Tabasco Chipotle Buffalo, BBQ, Medium, Hot, Honey Garlic, Cajun dry, or plain. We normally serve our fingers with fries, but you could substitute a small garden salad or side soup. Or upgrade to a small caesar salad or onion rings for $0.89.The buffalo fingers were quite tasty. The chicken was all white meat, and they were adequately flavored. They were ordered with the medium sauce, but were really not all that spicy. The french fries were nice and large - they had a nice "bulk" to them. They were very similar to potato wedges with a bit of spice.
Bison Burger
100% Bison beef with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and mayo. The bison burger was ordered with the pickle on the side, but the pickle was placed on the bun anyway. Oops. The burger was quite thin, but otherwise tasted like a regular hamburger. The toppings were a bit skimpy - there was only one tiny slice of tomato and pickle. The fries were the same as those with the buffalo fingers and also excellent.
