Failte's is an Irish pub located in uptown Waterloo. It has a convenient parking lot in the back, and is immediately recognizable by its very white exterior. They have a patio located upstairs in the back.

Bruschetta with Feta

Seasoned tomatoes, onions, and feta cheese. A pub favorite!

C: The bruschetta has five pieces of garlic bread, and a bowl of bruschetta in the middle. They leave it up to you to scoop the bruschetta mix onto the bread, which can be quite messy (but also fun). The bruschetta was pretty good, but nothing spectactular.

A: The garlic bread was good; the bruschetta was not really bruschetta. It was not marinated. It was just chopped up tomatoes with cheese and onions.

Celtic Club

The celtic club had three slices of bread. Lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise between two, and grilled chicken and bacon between the other two. It is served with fries (or another side). It was a nice cool sandwich for a hot summer day. It was fairly filling, so one of the slices of bread was removed to make it smaller. The fries were very good – they tasted like New York Fries. The sandwich was messy to eat – it was difficult to keep it from falling apart.

Blarney Burger

The blarney burger is a fair sized burger served on a white bun, with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. It is also served with fries. The burger was very flavorful; probably meaning it’s not very healthy. The fries were actually a bit dry, but a bit of ketchup took care of that.
