Juice provided during the flight

Our bag got dirty!

We flew with EgyptAir a number of times during the month of February, 2008 as part of a tour of Egypt with Trafalgar Tours. For the most part, I found them to be a pretty typical airline. Their service was adequate. I thought it was strange how the planes completely ignored any scheduled departure times that were printed on the tickets (for domestic flights). It felt like when enough people were ready for a flight to a particular destination, it was time to go! They may have had a preliminary schedule that they worked from, but the times definitely varied greatly from the schedule.

During the flights we took we were never offered any food, however we were offered a selection of juice boxes. The juices were actually quite good and included mango juice and guava juice.

We had purchased a new set of luggage for our trip, and during one flight, it was stained with some kind of oil or grease. Another person we were flying with had her luggage ripped. Although this probably isn't typical for EgyptAir, it was annoying!
