Eazie is a "build your own stir fry" restaurant located in Leiden, in the Netherlands. Their slogan is "Eazie come, eazie go". They offer both indoor dining, and take out food. There are a couple Eazie locations in the Netherlands, and this location is right outside the Leiden Central Train Station.

Visitors go to the counter to build their stir fry. They have a choice of meats (chicken, beef, pork), sauce (teriyaki, thai, etc), and base (rice, fried rice, Chinese noodles, Japanese noodles). After making that order, you pay for it, and then go over to the veggie selection area to pick your vegetables. Each meal comes with the choice of 5 vegetable options. The veggie options change, so if you go back another day, you may have slightly different choices.

After choosing your veggie options, your stir fry is cooked for you, and served to you in a bowl, or cardboard container (with a bag) if you ordered take out.

The restaurant is relatively nicely decorated compared to others in the area, although it's nothing stunning.

Although the menu is all in Dutch, there is often someone here who speaks English and is able to take your order.

Dress

This is a casual restaurant - it's like a fast food place (with better food)

Cost

Meals range from around €6 - €7.50. You can also order an extra veggie choice for €0.50, or an extra meat portion for an additional €1.

Items Ordered

Chicken, Thai Sauce, and Japanese Noodles

Cost:€6.75

I ordered this stir fry with the baby corn, broccoli, onions, peppers, and zucchini. I thought that was quite a good combination. The thai sauce had three letter 'h' characters next to it, which I found out meant it was very spicy. Sure enough, it was quite spicy (but if you like spicy food, it wasn't unbearable).

The Japanese noodles were the typical fat noodles, and they were a bit messy to eat. A lot of the sauce got stuck at the bottom of the container, since the noodles don't soak up the sauce as well as rice would.
