Drum Beach is a spot on the Tel Aviv beach that people gather every Friday afternoon and evening to play drums. We visited around 3:00pm, and people were already drumming. The beach has a bit of a "hippie" feeling - people are drinking, smoking, playing drums, and sitting on the rocks.

Sometimes in the evening, when the sun sets, some people get out fire sticks and dance with those. We didn't stay late enough to see it, but we did see someone practicing dancing and spinning their fire sticks in the daylight.

As a tourist, we just walked nearby the people who were drumming and sat on the rocks by the water. There was a nice breeze coming from the sea, and it was nice to relax by the shore with a bit of drum music to listen to. The drumming was quite loud, so it's probably not the best place for conversation, but if you're in the area on a Friday afternoon, it's a neat place to visit.
