Cow Chip Cookies is a cookie shop with a location in Pioneer Square in Seattle. Their cookies are very rich, soft, and buttery. The smell of the store when you walk in gives you a good idea of how great and fresh the cookies are.

A Cow Chip Cookie cost $3 and was enough to share between 2 people for a snack. They also had larger and smaller versions available that were all just as good. The normal cow chip cookie has chocolate chips in it. There were also some other cookie varieties available.
