Coffee culture is a fairly new coffee cafe chain. It has cafe style ordering - you make your order and pay at the counter, you take a number to your table, and they bring the food/drinks to your table. They offer a variety of drinks, baked goods and sandwiches. The restaurant has a very nice decor and offers quality coffee. Their sandwiches are also quite good, making it a good place for lunch or a light dinner.

This particular location is located on the corner of Brant and Elgin streets in downtown Burlington, not far from the lake. They have cozy indoor seating, or cafe style outdoor tables. The patio is located on Elgin St., so it's a bit more private and less noisy than being right on Brant.

Cost

Sandwiches are around $5-$6.

Items Ordered

Frozen Cappuccino

The frozen cappuccino was delicious! It had a very good coffee flavour, so you could tell it was made from real coffee. It was cool and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. It was way better than any iced cappuccino I've had from other coffee shops.

Chicken & Roasted Veggies Grilled European Sandwich

Grilled chicken breast, peppers, eggplant, and zucchini with a sundried tomato pesto.
Cost:$5.69

I ordered the sandwich with a side salad for only 1 or 2 more dollars. The salad was quite large, although mostly lettuce. There were a few pieces of onion, tomato, and cucumber. I ordered a vinaigrette dressing which was ok.

The sandwich was really good. It was quite large. It came in two pieces, and one would probably have been enough for me, but I'm a light eater. The grilled veggies were delicious and went really well with the chicken. I ordered the sandwich on a herb bun, which also complemented the sandwich really well. I did find the sandwich to be a bit greasy, but otherwise it was excellent.

Dress

Very casual.

Parking

There is street parking and several small lots in downtown Burlington around the restaurant.
