Cost
The prices are a marginally higher than average, but the portions are quite large. Sandwiches are under $10 while entrees are more in the $10-$25 range.

Iced Cappuccino
Espresso, cold fresh milk blended with ice - the original.
The iced cappuccino was quite good. It kept separating, as you can see in the picture, but was still quite tasty.
Grilled Gourmet Sandwich - Roast Beef
Slices of slow roasted beef cooked to perfection, marinated in au jus, and served on a freshly baked baguette. Served with Caesar or organic salad.
The greek salad was a good upgrade. Although there is lettuce in the salad, there is also a good amount of tomato, cucumber, and peppers, as well as feta cheese and olives. The dressing was good, although I thought there was just a little too much of it.
The roast beef sandwich was excellent. The baguette tasted fresh. The meat was well cooked and very tender. The sauce it came with was also good and necessary to add to the sandwich to moisten it up a bit.

There is an underground parking lot at the Sheppard Center. Bring your ticket to the restaurant to have it validated for free parking.
