The Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory is an ice cream shop with two locations in Brooklyn - one in Greenpoint (near the Pulaski bridge) and one near the brooklyn bridge. We visited their Greenpoint location for an ice cream snack. They only have eight flavors of ice cream. We tried three of them and they were all quite rich and tasty.

Cost

$4 for a single scoop. Sundaes start at $7.25. Toppings are either $0.50 or $1.

Large Sundae

We picked vanilla, chocolate, and butter pecan for our three scoops of ice cream. For toppings, we picked hot fudge (ordinarily $1), wet walnuts, and roasted almonds. There were about 6 topping options to choose from. The sundae also came with a very rich and dense home made whipped cream. The ice cream was quite good, as ice cream usually is. It was thick, creamy, and fresh tasting.
