Alidoro is an italian sandwich shop in Soho, NYC. Don't ask them any questions. Cash only. Give them your order and your money and that's it.
Their sandwiches are slightly larger than average, and are freshly made with decent quality ingredients. There is often a long line at lunch time - if you arrive before noon you'll usually avoid any lines.

We ordered the Geppetto sandwich on focaccia bread. At first I thought the soft cheese was butter, as it was very soft. The sandwich had a great sopressata flavor that went really well with the sweet eggplant and sauce.
